Copper Pennies is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 1/2 c. oleo, 1 1/4 c. flour and 1 pkg. onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix above ingredients and roll into two long rolls, about 50-cent size around.
Wrap in waxed paper.
(This will keep several days in the refrigerator.)
Slice 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.
