Cool Lime Pie
Cool Lime Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pet-ritz pie crust shell, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 3 c. vanilla ice cream, softened and 1 1/2 c. whipped topping, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook pie crust according to directions on pie shell.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add ice cream and stir until melted. Chill until thickened, about 20 minutes.

Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
