Cool Easy Jello Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box white cake mix, 1 large pkg. jello, 1 container cool whip or 1 pt. whipping cream blended with 1/8 c. sugar, 1/4 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bake cake according to box directions and let cool.
Prepare jello as directed.
When cake is cool, poke several holes with a knife.
Pour liquid jello over cake and refrigerate several hours. Spread Cool Whip over cake just before serving, OR whip cream until peaks form; add sugar and vanilla, and spread over cake.
