Cookies -- Quick And Easy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box cake mix (any kind except angel food), 1/2 c. flour, 2/3 c. cooking oil, 2 eggs and 1 c. any other ingredient such as nuts, raisins, coconut, pineapple (well drained), chocolate chips, shredded carrots, etc. (use your imagination), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix cake mix, flour, oil and eggs together.
Add 1 cup of any other ingredient you choose.
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350Β°.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen cookies.
