Mix in one bowl flour, sugar and salt; set aside.
Bring to boil water, margarine and cocoa and pour over first mixture.
Stir well and add eggs.
Beat after each addition.
Add soda dissolved in buttermilk and vanilla.
Mix well; pour in pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β° in greased and floured cookie sheet.
