Cookie Monster Cookie Dough is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pour sugar over butter and blend with fork.
Add 2 eggs and vanilla.
Blend with fork.
Pour flour over mixture.
Add baking powder and salt.
Mix with fork or hand.
Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Roll out dough with rolling pin.
Use cookie cutter to shape cookies.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 5 minutes (until edges are brown).
