Cook-and-Cut Fruit Cake
Cook-And-Cut Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 large eggs, 1/2 lb. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs and sifted dry ingredients.
Add flavoring.
Add the cherries and pineapple and pecans.
Bake in greased tube cake pan.
Start to bake in a cold oven at 275Β° for 2 to 3 hours.
(I place a pan of water on the rack under the cake while it bakes to keep it moist.)
