Connie's Broccoli Casserole
Connie'S Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 48 minutes. Made with c. milk, c. minute rice, cream of chicken soup, frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and small pkg. velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a large bowl mix milk, soup and rice; add broccoli and mix. Add cheese.
Saute onion in butter until tender (do not brown). Add onions and butter to mixture.
Put in a large casserole. Crush crackers and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
