Connecticut Supper

Brown onions in 2 tablespoons of oil; add meat.
Simmer covered for 50 minutes.
Pour into 13 x 9 baking dish.
Place potatoes over meat.
Blend soup, cream, milk, salt and pepper together.

Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at 350Β°.
