Congealed Waldorf Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin dessert mix, dash of salt, 1 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. cold water and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water and lemon juice.
Chill until thickened but not set.
