Congealed Strawberry Sour Cream Salad
Congealed Strawberry Sour Cream Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 (at least 12 oz.) container sour cream, 2 c. boiling water and 2 c. crushed pineapple (do not drain), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large mixing bowl, dissolve Jell-O into the boiling water. Add crushed pineapple, strawberries, bananas and nuts.
In a large dish, pour 1/2 of the mixture and place in refrigerator to congeal.
When this is congealed, spread sour cream over top and add remaining 1/2 mixture.
Congeal.
Makes 8 cups.
