Congealed Salad
Congealed Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small can crushed pineapple, 1 small pkg. orange jello, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. cool whip and 1 carrot, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain pineapple and save juice.
Add enough water to juice to make one cup; bring to a boil.
Add jello and cream cheese; beat with beater until smooth.
Set aside to cool, then fold in Cool Whip, carrot and pineapple.
Pour into a square dish to chill.
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce.
