Congealed Salad
Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small box orange jell-o, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. cold water, 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dissolve
Jell-O boiling water.
Add cream cheese. until dissolved.
Add cold water and chill until thickened slightly.
Remaining ingredients and pour into individual molds or an oblong dish (use glass dish 10 x 6 1/2 x 2-inch).
Serve on lettuce.
Makes 6 to 8 molds. If molded dish, cut into squares and serve on lettuce.
