Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello, 1/2 oz. red hots, 13 oz. jar applesauce and 1/4 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix jello and hot water.
Add red hots and dissolve.
Cool to lukewarm and add applesauce and lemon juice.
Pour half into mold and chill.
Beat cheese.
