Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with large jello, 2 c. boiling water, 2 oz. can crushed pineapple, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 c. nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix jello (any kind) with boiling water.
In separate bowl, add pineapple, cream cheese and nuts.
Set jello over pan of ice. When starts to jell, fold in Cool Whip.
Mix pineapple and Cool Whip.
Don't drain pineapple.
