Congealed Salad
Congealed Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 pkg. dream whip, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 3/4 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Drain crushed pineapple and heat juice.
Remove from heat and add lemon gelatin.
Set gelatin in pan of ice cubes and begin cooling, but don't let congeal.
When cool, beat in Dream Whip until stiff.
Add cream cheese to whip and mix well.
Add gelatin to mix.
Add chopped pecans and the crushed pineapple. Refrigerate.
