Congealed Salad
Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. lemon jello, 1 1/2 c. hot water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Mix and let cool.
Add cheese, pecans, pineapple and chopped nuts.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch Pyrex and allow to set.
Mix bell pepper, green onions and mayonnaise.
Spread on top of congealed mixture.
