Congealed Salad
Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can crushed pineapple, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 2 pkg. orange-pineapple jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Use the juice of the pineapple and add enough water to make 4 cups of liquid.
Bring to a boil, adding marshmallows.
Dissolve Jell-O in mixture.
Set in refrigerator until it begins to thicken, then add remaining ingredients.
Pour into favorite mold. Chill and serve on lettuce.
