Congealed Green Salad
Congealed Green Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin, 1 medium avocado, 2 tsp. lemon, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Chill until partially congealed.
Combine avocado, lemon juice, sour cream and mayonnaise until blended.
Mix peas, chopped ingredients, pepper sauce and salt.
Add avocado mixture.
Combine with gelatin.
Pour into a lightly oiled 4 to 5 cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Serves 8.
