Congealed Fruit Jello Salad
Congealed Fruit Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 1/2 c. boiling water and 1 can fruit cocktail, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix jello, cream cheese and mayonnaise together.
Put hot water over this; mix well, then put the juice of a can of cocktail, plus enough cold water to make 1 cup.
Mix all this together.
Put this in an 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 5-inch container. Place in refrigerator 1/2 to 3/4 hour, or until it begins to set up.
Take out of refrigerator.
Mix the fruit cocktail, marshmallows and nuts with the other mixture.
Replace container in refrigerator until it "sets up."
This makes enough to serve 6 to 8 people.
