Congealed Cranberry Salad
Congealed Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin, 1 can whole cranberries, 3 c. peeled apples, 1 c. chopped pecans and 2 oranges, peeled and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Prepare gelatin as directed, less 1/4 cup water.
While gelatin thickens, combine apples, pecans, oranges, coconut and cranberries.
Add to slightly thickened gelatin.
Add lettuce around edge of bowl and garnish top to make attractive, if desired.
