Congealed Blackberry Salad
Congealed Blackberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. blackberry jello, 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice, 2 c. buttermilk, 1 c. nuts (optional) and 1 small carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat pineapple and juice until it boils.
Pour over jello. When dissolved and cooled, add buttermilk.
Put in refrigerator. When partially congealed, fold in Cool Whip and nuts, if desired. Refrigerate to mold.
Mold in a small ring mold.
Unmold on lettuce; fill center with cottage cheese and top with cherry.
