Conga Bars
Conga Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 sticks margarine, 1 lb. pkg. light brown sugar, 2 3/4 c. sifted flour, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt margarine and add sugar; cool slightly.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat well.
Add sifted dry ingredients, nuts and chocolate chips.
Bake in a 10-inch square pan in 350Β° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
