Confetti Omelette
Confetti Omelette is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bacon or large piece of ham, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, 8 eggs, beaten and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Fry bacon and crumble.
Cook onion until tender and add mushrooms.
Combine rest of ingredients, except cheese.
Toss cheese with flour.
Then add to egg mixture.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake 40 minutes.
