Confetti Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. shortening, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream sugars, shortening, eggs and vanilla.
Add flour and salt.
Mix well.
Add nuts and gumdrops.
Mix well.
Put about a teaspoon of dough for each cookie on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 dozen cookies.
