Confetti Baked Potatoes

Scrub potatoes; prick each with a fork and bake in a hot oven at 450Β° about 45 minutes.
Cut slice from top of each potato and scoop out center, being careful not to break skins.
Add milk, 1/4 cup oleo or butter, salt and pepper to hot pulp and mash until light.
