Concord Grape Pie
Concord Grape Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 c. concord grapes, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 tsp. salt and grated rind of 1 orange, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Slip skins from washed, stemmed grapes.
Boil pulp 5 minutes. Rub through sieve to remove seeds.
Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt and rind with pulp.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add grape skins; cool.
Turn into pie shell.
Cover with lattice top strips.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325° and bake 20 minutes more.
