Company Vegetable Casserole
Company Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (15 oz.) cans cut green beans, drained, 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted or you may use cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a bowl, combine beans, corn, soup, sour cream, cheese and onion.
Pour into an ungreased 2-quart baking dish.
Combine butter, cracker crumbs and almonds; sprinkle over vegetables. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
