Company Salad
Company Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. lemon jello, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained, 3 bananas, cubed, 1 egg, beaten and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Cool and add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows.
Chill in large Pyrex dish until firm. Heat pineapple juice in top of double boiler.
Add flour and sugar to beaten egg.
Mix with juice and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Cool and fold in whipping cream.
Spread over jello. Sprinkle with grated cheese generously.
Cut in squares and serve.
