Company Salad
Company Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large lemon jell-o, 3 c. hot water, 1 (no 2) can pineapple, crushed and drained (reserve liquid), 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows and 3 bananas, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; cool and let almost set.
Add crushed pineapple, marshmallows and bananas.
Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Heat pineapple juice.
Add sugar, flour and beaten egg. Cook until thick; let cool, then fold in whipped cream.
Spread over Jell-O mixture.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over all.
Chill and serve.
