Company's Coming Meat Loaf
Company'S Coming Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. pepperidge farm stuffing mix, 1 c. milk, 2 lb. ground beef, 2 eggs and 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients except ketchup.
Form into a loaf.
Cover bottom of baking dish with ketchup (about 1/2 inch deep).
Place in preheated 350Β° oven and bake approximately 1 hour.
The ketchup and juices from the meat blend and make a wonderful tomato sauce to serve over meat loaf.
