Company's Coming Meat Loaf
Company'S Coming Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. pepperidge farm stuffing mix, 1/2 c. milk, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 egg and 1/8 c. chopped green pepper (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients, except ketchup.
Form into a loaf.
Cover bottom of the baking dish with ketchup (about 1/2-inch deep). Place in preheated 350Β° oven, covered, and bake approximately 1 hour.
The ketchup and juices from the meat blend and make a great tomato sauce to serve over the meat loaf.
