Company'S Coming Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 c. sugar, 18 soda crackers, ground fine and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg whites until just foamy.
Add cream of tartar. Beat until very stiff.
Gradually.
Fold in crackers, vanilla and pecans.
In lightly greased 7 x 11-inch pan for 25 minutes at 350Β°.
