Company's Coming Beef Roast
Company'S Coming Beef Roast is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 56 minutes. Made with sirloin tip roast, . lipton onion soup mix or lipton onion mushroom soup, campbell's golden mushroom soup and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Line roast pan with foil.
Place nice size sirloin roast in pan.
Add soup mix and golden mushroom soup on top of roast.
Pour 1 cup of water (use soup can to measure and pour over roast). Cover roast with foil and roast pan cover.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
This roast makes its own gravy and when meat is tender, carrots and potatoes can be added and returned to oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.
