Company's a Comin Pie
Company'S A Comin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 c. sugar, 18 soda crackers and 1 c. nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat egg whites until foamy, add cream of tartar and beat until stiff.
Add sugar gradually.
Fold into egg white mixture soda crackers (not too small pieces).
Add nuts (finely cut) and vanilla. Put into buttered pie pan and bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Whip the whipping cream and add pineapple-apricot preserves and spread on top.
Sprinkle with Angel Flake coconut. Chill.
Serves 6 to 8.
