Company Potatoes
Company Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. bag frozen southern style hash browns, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 onion, chopped, 2 cans cream of celery soup and 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onions and celery in butter until onions are clear (do not brown).
Mix all ingredients and put into buttered or Pam sprayed casserole dish.
