Company Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Defrost potatoes.
Combine with all remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered 3-quart casserole.
