Company Potato Bake
Company Potato Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large bag frozen hashbrowns, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 8 oz. sour cream, 10 oz. grated cheddar cheese (colby) and 2 sticks margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
Place frozen hashbrowns in pan with cheese.
In separate bowl mix soup, sour cream, 1/2 c. margarine, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over potatoes.
Mix gently with potatoes and cheese.
Add topping of 1/2 c. melted margarine and crushed cornflakes mixed together.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
