Company Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 ____ pepperidge farm stuffing mix, 1 c. milk, 2 lb. ground beef, 2 eggs and 1/4 c. chopped green peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients except ketchup.
Place in a metal baking pan; form into loaf.
Cover bottom of baking dish with ketchup (1/2-inch deep).
Place in preheated 350Β° oven, depending on your oven, and bake about 1 hour.
The ketchup and juices from the meat make a wonderful sauce to serve over meat loaf.
