Company French Toast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, melted, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 loaf "texas toast" bread, cinnamon and raisins (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pour melted butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan and cover with brown sugar.
Place a layer of bread (as close as possible) over butter; sprinkle cinnamon and raisins over and cover with another layer of bread.
Combine and beat eggs, vanilla and milk; pour mixture over bread.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
