Company Chicken Pie
Company Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 large sour cream, 1 stick margarine and 1 sleeve ritz crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil and debone chicken.
Place bite size pieces in bottom of baking dish; salt and pepper to taste.
Mix sour cream and chicken soup with 1 can broth from boiling chicken.
Pour over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers in small pieces; put over top of mixture.
Cut margarine up and place around on top of crackers.
Bake at 350Β° for about 30 minutes or until nice and bubbly.
