Company Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. armour dried sliced beef, boneless, skinless chicken breast portions, halved, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 8 oz. sour cream and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Lightly grease and line 9 x 13-inch baking pan with 1/2 of the dried beef slices.

Place chicken breasts over beef slices.

Place remaining beef slices on top of chicken breasts, set aside.

Mix cream of mushroom soup, milk and sour cream and pour over beef and chicken.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 300° for 2 hours, then increase temperature to 350° and bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
