Company Chicken
Company Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. smoked chopped pressed corned beef, 4 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned, 8 slices bacon, 1 pt. sour cream and 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In bottom of pan, shred corned beef.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each piece of chicken.
Place on top of corned beef.
Mix sour cream and soup together.
Pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 300Β° for 3 hours.
Serve with rice or biscuits.
