Company Casserole
Company Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 medium onion (optional), 2 c. tomato juice or canned tomatoes and 1 tbsp. catsup (or more), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook onion and pepper until transparent in the oil.
Add meat and cook until it is browned.
