Company Casserole
Company Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, 2 c. shredded cheese, 1/2 c. melted oleo, 1/4 c. dried onion flakes and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix everything, except corn flakes and oleo.
Place in casserole pan.
Top with crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted oleo.
Bake at 350Β°, covered with foil, for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 45 minutes longer.
