Company Carrots
Company Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, julienne, 1/2 c. mayo, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 tbsp. horseradish and salt and pepper to tate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook carrots until tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Cook, covered, in small amount of boiling salted water.
Drain carrots, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
Place carrots in 8 x 12 shallow baking dish.
Combine cooking liquid, mayo, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.
When ready to serve, pour sauce over carrots.
Sprinkle crumbs on top.
Dot with butter, parsley and paprika.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°. Great served with beef tenderloin.
