Brown beef in heavy skillet until all red disappears.
Add onion, tomatoes, catsup, steak sauce, green pepper and parsley. Simmer 30 minutes.
Combine cooked macaroni and beef mixture; pour into 2-quart baking dish.
Season to taste.
Gently spoon mushroom soup into mixture, mixing lightly from bottom.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
