Come For Coffee Cake(Quick And Easy) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. brown sugar (light or dark), 2 c. self-rising flour, 1 1/2 c. pecan pieces, 4 large eggs and 1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place brown sugar in a pot on the stove top at medium heat.
Add eggs and stir.
Sugar should start to dissolve.
Stir in the flour, one cup at a time.
Add vanilla to taste and stir.
Add pecans and stir.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased with oleo.
Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cool, cut and serve.
