Mix rubbing alcohol and food coloring in plastic food container.
Mix well.
Add pasta and stir.
Remove pasta.
Dry on wax paper for 1 hour.
String colored pasta onto elastic to make necklaces or bracelets.
Can also be glued onto paper for pictures.
