Colorado Marble is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 bars german sweet chocolate, 6 tbsp. hot water, 6 eggs, separated, 2 c. whipping cream, whipped and 1 angel food cake, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt German sweet chocolate in 6 tablespoons hot water.
Add egg yolks to hot mixture, one at a time, stirring quickly so they don't curdle.
Add powdered sugar.
Set aside in pan of cool water to cool.
Beat egg whites; whip whipping cream.
Fold together. Combine with chocolate mixture.
